Frequently asked questions

So, you want to start therapy

So you're anxious, feeling stuck, or coping in ways that aren't really helping anymore. I understand firsthand how anxiety, obsessive thinking, and unresolved trauma can quietly shape the way we show up for ourselves. By reconnecting with your emotions, becoming consciously aware of your thought patterns, and applying new strategies, it’s possible to manage anxiety and trauma in a way that fosters real progress.

Something brought you here today. A part of you that longs to heal, grow and move forward. That’s something worth celebrating. One step at a time is okay. You don’t have to know exactly where to begin, just that you’re ready for something different.  I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. My goal is to truly understand your unique story and experiences, so together we can uncover the emotional roadblocks holding you back and find the best path forward.
